Whereas I Alexander SCOTT of Over-Wharton Parish, Stafford County, and Colony of Virginia, Clerk, have several pretty large and good tracts of land lying in Prince-William County, and in the Colony aforesaid, which I design to tenant out in parcels of about one hundred and fifty, or two hundred acres for each tenement, to an persons who will settle the same, and come and take leases of me either for lives or term of years, at very reasonable yearly rents, and I will also allow some years rent-free, for new setling the same, and give all suitable encouragement.Submitted: 01/20/08
