Upper Marlboro School Changes
Upper Marlboro, Md., May 9. E. S. BURROUGHS, principal of the Surrattsville High School, has been appointed superintendent of schools, succeeding Frederick SASSCER. Thomas S. STONE has been made his secretary. Commissioner George P. McCENEY has taken the oath of office. Prof. R. F. MANNING will remain at Laurel High School for the remainder of the year.
