Frank E. Duff, 83, of Washington died Thursday, February 7, 2008 at Methodist Medical Center in Peoria.
He was born on May 20, 1924 in Pittsfield, to Ernest and Alice Pickup Duff. He was a 1942 graduate of Pittsfield High School.
Surviving is his brother, Everett (Marge) Duff of Salt Lake City, UT; his sister, Marian Ebeck of Independence, Mo; four nieces and five nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Ruby, a brother, Warren Duff of Pittsfield and a sister, Katherine Offenbacher of Pittsfield.
Frank served in the Army Air Corps during World War II. He worked as a janitor for Woodrow Wilson Grade School in East Peoria. Frank was a 52-year member of the Illinois Masonic Lodge #263.
Services were held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, February 14, at Deiters Funeral Home in Washington, where Masonic Rites will be accorded.
Visitation was held one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Graveside services were at 1:00 p.m. Thursday at Camp Butler National Cemetery in Springfield.
Memorials may be made to the Scottish Rite Learning Center in Peoria
