Description: Found Dead In Cabin (Trueman)
Date: October 28 1910Shortly after 8:30 last night the lifeless remains of Herman TRUEMAN were found in his cabin near the depot. TRUEMAN has been employed at the Mizpah Mine as a machinest and on Saturday he telephoned to William BOZART; master mechanic, that he was not feeling well and would not report for duty. He added, however, that he would be on hand Sunday. He did not show up on the following day and last evening several of his acquaintances became worried and went to his cabin. J.C. STILES, John GALLAGHER and George LYDON formed the party and the cabin was entered by means of a pass key. The remains of TRUEMAN were found in bed and it was evident that death had occured at least two days before. - Tonopah Bonanza
