Little Fellow Was a Passenger on an Excursion Boat.

Baltimore, Md. Agu. 23.--Leo Winkler, nine years old, fell from the hurricane deck of the steamer Louise, while en route toTolchester Beach, an Eastern Shore family resort, to-day, and was drowned before the steamer could be stopped and assistance rendered him.

The little fellow essayed to catch a cord attached to a kite, which some on on a lower deck was flying, lost his balance and fell into the Chesapeake Bay. His body was recovered, and brought to his parents' home in this city during the day.
