Bailey & Minshall Partnership Dissolved

By mutual consent, the partnership of William BAILEY and Joshua MINSHALL, Coppersmiths in Frederick-Town, Maryland, is this day dissolved, and all persons who have any demands against the said partnership are requested to apply to the said Joshua MINSHALL, who will settle, adjust, and discharge the same; and all persons who are indebted to the said partnership, by not or book account, are requested to pay the same to the said Joshua MINSHALL, and those indebted by bond to the said William BAILEY, as witness our hands,

N.B. The said Joshua MINSHALL carried on the Coppersmith Business in all its branches, in Frederick-Town, as usual, on the most reasonable terms.
