Three Pounds Reward

Ran away from the subscriber, living near Baltimore Town, an Irish servant man named Philip WELSH, twenty years of age, about five feet six inches high, a strong well made fellow he has taken with him sundry clothes; among which are a brown broadcloth coat, a pair of velvet breeches, some Holland shirts, worsted and thread stockings, boots, shoes, silver and plated buckles. Whoever takes up said servant and secures him so that his master may get him again shall receive the above reward, and all reasonable charges if brought home, paid by Samuel OWINGS.
