Description: A Sudden Death (Hilderbrandt)
Date: June 26 1901
A man named HILDERBRANDT, who came here about three weeks ago from San Francisco, died in his room at the Mungerson Lodge Tuesday night. The body was discovered the next morning. He was about 35-40 and died of consumption probably brought on by excess use of cigarettes, says the White Pine News. Telegrams have been sent to his mother in San Francisco and a brother in law at Desert but as of press time no response had been made.
