NEGRESS FALLS FROM WHEEL.
Julia COLEMAN, a negress, twenty-five years old, living at 432 Eighth Street northwest, fell from her bicycle at Eighth and E Streets northwest, about 9 o'clock last night, sustaining injuries which made it necessary to take her to the Emergency Hospital.
