HIT BY A SAND BUCKET.
Nathan McINTYRE, a negro, fifty-three years old, of 2611 I Street northwest, was working at the Columbia sand wharf, at the foot of Jefferson Street northwest, this morning about 9 o'clock, when he was accidentally struck in the abdomen by one of the sand buckets. He was taken to the Georgetown University Hospital, where he is being held until it can be determined whether or not he is seriously injured internally.
