CERTIFICATES ISSUED TO SIX NEW COMPANIES
A certificate of the incorporation of the Acme Liquor Company with a capital stock of $5,000, was filed yesterday. The incorporators are Gustavus WALLERSTEIN, Wallace J. HILL and David ROTHSCHILD.
A certificate of the incorporation of the Edgar B. Moore Hotel Company was also filed. The capital stock is $10,000.
A certificate for incorporating the Maryland Manufacturing and Supply Company, with a capital stock of $25,000, was today placed on file in the office of the Recorder of Deeds. The purpose of the company is to manufacture nickel types, electrotypes, stereo-nickel types and engraved plates. The incorporators are R. E. JOYCE, Charles M. OLIVER and F. E. WILLIAMSON.
A certificate of the incorporation of the Review and Herald Publishing Association has been filed. The purpose of the corporation is the dissemination of religious and moral instruction. The incorporators are W. R. PRESCOTT, Spencer N. CURTISS, John H. NEALL, and William M. LEWIS.
A certificate of the incorporation of the Empire Real Estate Investment Company has also been filed. The capital stock is $100,000, and the incorporators, Nathan L. PARKER, Joseph MORRISON, William M. WHITE, J. F. C. CLEVELAND, and L. A. WHITE.
A certificate of incorporation for the McKaig Friction Drive Vehicle Company has been placed on file in the office of the Recorder of Deeds. The purpose of he incorporators is to engage in the manufacture and sale of all kinds of vehicles and motor improvements in power transmitters. The capital stock is $250,000, and the incorporators are Eddy T. McKAIG, August D. MELSELBREH, John C. RISTENHOTT, all of Chicago; Milton S. KRONHEIM, John L. DEMENT and Clarence D. WRIGHT, all of the District.
