FOUND NEGRO UNDER FENCE.
Robert SCOTT, a negro, was in the Police Court today, charged with vagrancy. A policeman testified that Robert was found underneath a broken fence about 3 o'clock this morning. The fence collapsed with the negro. His presence on the premises caused the policeman to become suspicious. Judge MILLS assessed SCOTT $10 with thirty days in jail in default.
