District of Fair Haven.

The Probate Court for the district of Fair Haven.

To all persons concerned,


Whereas R.R.Thrall, guardian of Irene May and Francis A.Fisher, minors,
residing in Poultney, has made application to said court for license to
sell all their interest and right in the real estate whereof Jennie I.
Fisher died seized, representing that it will conduce to the interest of
his said wards to sell said estate, for the purpose of putting the
proceeds of such sale at interest, or otherwise investing it for the
benefit of his said wards,

Therefore, By The Authority of The State of Vermont, You are hereby
notified to appear before said court, at the Probate Office, in
Castleton, in said district, on the 8th day of April, A.D., 1907, to
show cause, if any you have, why said license should not be granted.

Dated at Castleton, in said District, this 16th day of March, A.D. 1907.
