A SHOOTING affray occurred on Camp Street, New Orleans, March 2, between John P. Roche, a pool-seller and sporting man, and Wm. M. Evans, a cotton clerk. Roche fired first, missing his man, when Evans fired several shots, the first taking effect in Roche's right side and spine. Roche will die. A woman was at the bottom of the trouble.
